The organization is made up of many Chief Executive Officers who have achieved success in their respective fields and come from different industry backgrounds and is a non profit organization. The Chairmen's RoundTable is concerned with serving the society and gives its mentoring services free of cost to qualified area businesses.

Mentoring services are built around the requirements of every client. The industry of the client and nature of subject that needs attention forms the basis of the approach and Mentor assignments of the Chairmen?s RoundTable. The organization completes most of the projects in a time frame of 2-6 months.
