Telmar Network Technology Moves Its Headquarters To Plano, Texas

Telmar Network Technology Inc. announced on Tuesday that it has moved its headquarters from Irvine, California to Plano, Texas, consolidating some 150 workers there. Telmar sells new and used telecommunications gear and it has been in business for forty years now.

According to the company’s Chief Executive Steve Pickett, the relocation of headquarters to North Texas is a conscious move to be closer to its telecommunications manufacturers and service providers. However, Telmar is keeping its space near the Irvine’s Spectrum Center, but it is yet to be disclosed tthat how many workers were left there.

“One of the lures of the Metroplex is the fact that many of our network service provider and OEM customers are based in the Dallas area,” said Steve Pickett. “North Texas also offers a rich talent pool to draw from as the company continues to grow in North America and abroad.”

Telmar Network Technology operates facilities throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, India and Malaysia.
