The AeA Orange County is one of the most powerful alliances of high-tech companies in the United States. AeA represents 160 member companies in Orange County with worldwide revenue of over $8 billion. By providing access to venture capital investors, insurance services, business procurement services, executive education, and networking opportunities, and lobbying governments at the state, federal as well as international levels, AeA helps the top line and bottom line of member companies.

There are over 200 high technology and business service provider corporations in the following segments: software, semiconductor, computer, telecommunications, medical devices, multi-media, instrumentation aerospace/defense, legal, accounting, banking and investment. AeA is also active in public policy advocacy at the local, state as well as national levels. The AeAhas several industry sector based Special Interest Groups (SIGS).
